A trip usually includes meeting with a local missionary and, with the missionary's help, identifying a local church, perhaps helping them move kids into the home, identifying building sites; all dependent on the stage of the process. It is an awesome ministry with a great idea. It sounds kindof (from my really quick review of the website) like what Finny is doing in India through his pastors -- except, of course, on a larger scale. Also, all of the children in Grace Children's homes are not necessarily orphans.
